Armor ornaments usually always can change color with Shaders, just not when previewing them in the Eververse. Legendary weapon ornaments usually always change color, again, unless being previewed in Eververse. Exotic weapon ornaments never change color because Exotic weapons have no shader slot.27 Dec 2020
